Tonnage: Workout Tracker Gym
We reply within 1–2 business days. Writing from the device where the problem happened helps — tell us your iOS version and what you were doing.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Tonnage and tap Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date — otherwise the next period is charged.
Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases at the top left. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you paid with. If it still does not unlock, email us and mention the Apple ID region and the date of purchase.
Refunds are issued by Apple, and we cannot process them ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app is broken, write to us first — we would rather fix it.
On your device. Tonnage has no account and no cloud sync, so your workouts, records and measurements never leave the phone. That also means we cannot restore them for you.
Settings → Data → Export CSV saves your entire history to a file you can keep anywhere. On the new device use Import CSV to bring it back. Both are free and always will be. Exports from Hevy and Strong can be imported the same way.
Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device. To delete the data our server keeps for the AI coach (chat messages and cached responses), email us from the device in question — see the Privacy Policy for what is stored.
Allow notifications for Tonnage in iOS Settings → Notifications, and check the “Rest finished” toggle in the app under Settings → Workout.
Turn on Settings → Workout → Sync with Health, then allow writing in the system dialog. Tonnage only writes workouts and calories to Health — it never reads your health data.
The coach needs an internet connection. Free accounts include a few trial messages; after that the chat requires a subscription. Workout reviews are a Pro feature.
Settings → Workout → Units. Switching is safe at any time: data is always stored in kilograms and only converted for display, so nothing is lost or rounded away.
Screenshots help a lot. Feature requests are read and genuinely shape what gets built next.
